AOL Users
AOL's standard browser has several oustanding issues involving session variables, dynamic data, and e-mailed links. If you are experiencing an issue with a page not loading after you try to log on to view your account, you'll need to use a different internet browser instead of the AOL Browser.
There are several options you can using, including Internet Explorer and Firefox. However the easiest option is Internet Explorer, as it's included with the Microsoft Windows operating system. The steps below will walk you through the use of Internet Explorer with your AOL connection.
- Connect to AOL.
- Click on the Start Button, then select "Run".
- Type "iexplore.exe" in the run box and press the enter key.
- With Internet Explorer now open, and you can use it to view/pay your bill.
