Subdivision Specifications and Typicals for Subdivisions

Specifications for new subdivisions can be downloaded from the links below. Our current specifications consist of two downloadable files, the first is the actual specifications and is a Adobe Acrobat .pdf document. To view the Specifications Book you must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. If you do not have the reader installed on your computer you can download the reader for free by clicking here.

The second file actually consists of several AutoCAD R14 drawing files compressed into one file for downloading. This file is compressed using WinZip. A free trial version can be downloaded from here. Most other popular .zip programs will uncompress the file as well.

Davidson Water, Inc. requires licensed utility contractors to install any water mains. However, in certain situations, it may be necessary for an unlicensed contractor to work under a licensed contractor. You can download a form to request this to be approved using the last link below.
