Specifications for new subdivisions can be downloaded from the links below. Our current specifications
consist of two downloadable files — the first is the actual specifications as an Adobe Acrobat PDF
document, and the second is a set of AutoCAD R14 drawing files compressed into a single ZIP file.
Davidson Water, Inc. requires licensed utility contractors to install any water mains. However, in
certain situations it may be necessary for an unlicensed contractor to work under a licensed contractor.
