On occasion, you may receive an estimated bill. This will only occur when the circumstances demand it, when your meter reader cannot get to your meter for reasons such as a hazardous dog, heavy rain, or snow.

Any estimate made is based upon your previous water usage, and any error in doing so will be automatically corrected when the meter is read the next time. Keep in mind that many of our meters are now radio-read meters, and just because we do not visit the meter box every month, does not mean the meter is being estimated because it isn’t being read.
