Davidson Water, Inc. is operating normal business hours; however, access to our facilities including customer service lobby is restricted to Davidson Water personnel. Please utilize our Drive-Thru, night deposit drop-box, pay by phone or our website as payment options. We apologize for any inconvenience.

If you are unable to pay your bill because of financial hardship caused by COVID-19, we ask you to please call our Customer Service line to make payment arrangements.

Rest assured, your water is safe. Our water supply is good and your water can be used as normal. The following statement is from the CDC: The COVID-19 virus has not been detected in drinking water. Conventional water treatment methods that use filtration and disinfection, such as those in most municipal drinking water systems, should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19.
